If you recieve message from PayPal that payment can't be completed because of goverment regulation. This message can appear when you trying to pay from your Business PayPal account. They doesn't allow payments from Business to Business which registered in different countries. You can use your Personal PayPal account or can buy by different payment method - Robokassa. You just need to choose it in your cart, and you will see many other ways how to make payment.

When you registering on the website you need to confirm your account. After registration you will recieve letter to your email with confirmation link to set your password. If you didn't recieve it, please check your SPAM/TRASH folder, letter can be there. Then go through this link and set password for your account and now you can login using your nickname and password. Also please check your profile and be sure that your First and Last name is correct, because this information need for certificates after courses.

After you bought any course, you will recieve confirmation letter on your email, and course will appear in your profile. You should press on the course name and you will see Take this course gold button, press on it and you can start learning.

In the end of each lesson you will see Complete button, you should press on it and you will go to the next one.

All courses have their duration. For example course All About Eyebrows have 10 days duration. After this time course will be closed automatically, and if you can't complete it in this time, you should retake it (it's free). If time exceeded you will see RETAKE COURSE button on the course page, press on it and you can start course again.

In the last lesson of each course you will see Finish course button, you should press on it and you will recieve Certificate to your Profile, and now you can download it and print. Also, be sure that your First and Last name is correct in your profile.
